Mute All Tabs in Chrome With One Click

  1. Step 1: Open the Chrome window whose tabs you want to silence.
  2. Step 2: Press Alt + S to open SuperCommands.
  3. Step 3: Run Mute All Tabs, or type mat if you use the default tab-audio prefix.
  4. Step 4: Keep browsing while every tab in the current window stays muted.
  5. Step 5: Run Unmute All Tabs, or type umat, when you want audio back.
