Transforming manual data collection into an efficient automated system
The challenge was to automate the process of extracting real estate data from the Reonomy platform. The manual process of retrieving property details, ownership records, and contact information was time-consuming and required significant human intervention. Additionally, logging into the website, applying filters, navigating through multiple pages, and extracting structured data into an Excel file was a cumbersome task.
To overcome these challenges, a Python-based web extraction automation tool was developed using Selenium, Pandas, and OpenPyXL. The solution provides an end-to-end automated workflow with the following functionalities:
